The reality? 86% of these are Ghost Listings. They are faking addresses using schools, residential houses, or empty plots. These scammers hide behind fake map pins to trap you during your most stressful time—moving day. This is a warning to every family in Bangalore: Don't trust a listing without a real office.

Before you trust anyone with your life's belongings, follow these rules. This is your Support System and Shield:
DEMAND PHYSICAL REALITY: Ask the mover for a live video walk-through of their office in Bangalore. No office? They are a GHOST.
MATCH THE GST NAME: Ensure the company name on the GST matches their Bank Account. Never pay cash or personal GPay.
TRUST THE 'IX STANDARD': Look for the Jeethendra Integrity Mark on their uniform, truck, and website. I personally verify them.
WATCH FOR COPYCATS: Scammers use names that look like famous brands (e.g., "Porters Packers" instead of "Porter").

BE THE AUDITOR (DIY-Audit Protocol)
Bro, you don't have to wait for me to expose a scam. You can be the shield for your own neighborhood. If you are scouting for a mover, do this 5-minute audit yourself before you even call them:
THE STREET VIEW TEST: Open Google Maps. Search the company address. Does it look like a real office, or is it a random house, a school, or an open field? If the "office" is a residential gate—RUN.
THE "BOARD" CHECK: Call the mover and say: "I am nearby, I want to come see your office board and warehouse." If they make excuses, hang up. A real business is proud to show you their board.
THE "NAME" CHECK: Check if they are using a generic name like "Best Packers" or trying to sound like a big brand. If they have no physical office, they are a GHOST.
RECORD & TAG: If you visit a location and it’s a fake, MAKE A VIDEO.
SHOW the address on your phone.
SHOW the reality (empty land/fake board).
