1. THE CHANDAPURA GHOST: National Household Packers 👻
Location: No- 956/5, 1st Floor, 3rd Cross, Chandapura-Anekal Rd. The Audit: I personally walked the 3rd Cross of Teachers Colony. I searched the 1st floor. Result? Nothing. No office exists here. It’s a fake pin designed to steal your advance money.

2. THE "VIRTUAL" WAREHOUSE TRAP 🛑
Location: Biotech Park The Audit: They claim to have a "Large Warehouse" for storage. I arrived at the GPS coordinates—it’s an empty plot of land. Namma Jana, don't let your furniture end up in a vacant lot!

3. THE ANEKAL ROAD "ADJUST MAADI" SCAM 🔍
Location: Chandapura- Anekal Road , Opp- Swamy Vivekananda School ICSE & ISC
The Audit: Another listing claiming to be "Local Experts." When I asked the local shopkeepers, they had never seen a moving truck here in 10 years. Zero physical presence = Zero accountability.
