1. The Office Video Verification
Rule: If they don't have a physical office, they don't have your goods.
Action: Ask for a 30-second live video call of them standing in their office or parking yard.
Red Flag: "Our yard is far/restricted/busy."
2. The "Stomach" Check
Rule: The inside of the truck tells the truth.
Action: Look inside the truck. Is it clean? Is it branded? Or is it a "Ghost Truck" with no name?
Red Flag: Unbranded trucks or trucks filled with old, dirty blankets from other companies.
3. The GST & Address Match
Rule: Digital maps can lie; GST doesn't.
Action: Check their GST registration. Does the address match the physical office you saw on Google Maps?
4. The Inventory Video (Your Evidence)
Rule: You are your own best witness.
Action: Take a slow 360-degree video of every room before they start packing. This is your proof against "pre-existing damage" claims.
